India will undertake Mission Mars between 2013 to 2015, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chief G Madhavan Nair said in Panaji on Monday.

India and Singapore on Tuesday signed a joint action plan which, officials said, would help both countries to attract more tourists.
